These terms describe how Scoutum may be used and the responsibilities for account, subscription, and product usage.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Scoutum, you agree to these terms.

If you use Scoutum on behalf of a club, company, or organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Service description

Scoutum provides a web-based scouting workflow for discovering, comparing, and evaluating players.

Features can evolve over time as product capabilities are updated, improved, or replaced.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions and billing

Some Scoutum features require an active paid subscription.

Billing is handled through Paddle and charges are shown during checkout before payment is confirmed.

Trial terms

3-day full trial starts at checkout with payment authorization.

Trial eligibility and access may be limited to one trial per account or organization.

Cancellation

You may cancel renewal from your billing controls before the next renewal date.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for past charges.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Scoutum, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Scoutum may suspend or remove access for abuse, security risks, or terms violations.

Intellectual property

Scoutum, including product UI, software, and branding, remains the property of Scoutum and its licensors.

You keep rights to your own internal notes and materials entered into your workspace.

Disclaimers and limitation

Scoutum is provided on an as-available basis without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

To the extent allowed by law, Scoutum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to service use.
